The charm of this small, family-owned place doesn't escape Oscar's repeat visitors, who applaud the neighborhood establishment for its talented kitchen and friendly service. Southern Italian in inclination, the menu offers an abundance of seafood and veal dishes, along with chicken, beef, and pastas. Salmon and lobster are especially favored, and veal chops are a classic. Generous portions are commensurate with the prices, and comfort is easily cultivated in the unassuming place.
